Dijkstra studied law at the State University of Leiden. In 1988 he
studied in the United States for a couple of months at the University
of Gainesville in Florida. He graduated as a tax lawyer on the thesis: "liquidation
losses within the framework of the Dutch participation exemption".
Before
establishing Lancers, knowledge and experience was obtained firstly
at a multinational tax firm, as well as at a European oriented and
a regional tax firm. His activities consist of fiscal juridical advising
of international and national operating companies, familycompanies,
starting enterprises and wealthy private persons. He also takes care
of the filing of (ruling)corporate income tax returns, as well as
personal income- and other tax returns.
He
is permanent editor of "Elsevier Belastinghandboek voor bedrijven" (in
English: Elsevier Tax Handbook for enterprises), where he is in charge
of the heading: "Structure and (re)organisation of an enterprise".
Furthermore, he wrote fiscal articles for various other fiscal magazines.
